A grieving therapist begins telling his clients exactly what he thinks. Ignoring his training and ethics, he finds himself making huge changes to people’s lives, including his own. share their character-defining moments from season one and reveal who has the best Harrison Ford impression that he wanted a “Harrison Ford type,” and I would audition people who look like Ford. Segel told Goldstein that they should at least bring it to Ford first, thinking he would reject it immediately, but at least other people would know that Harrison Ford had brought the project, which would spark interest from other big-name actors.
And Jessica is perfect
Goldstein still doesn’t understand what he did to convince him, but he was elated nonetheless. And the rest of the show is great, too. Jason Segel is perfect for this script. He has the weird, idiotic energy needed for this role.
You’d immediately lose your license
Her humor is perfect for the dialogue. This is the new way to do situational drama. No real punchlines, just engaging personalities with a hint of weirdness and family circumstances that are just a little bit beyond the norm, but still relatable. Of course, Jimmy’s behavior as a therapist is completely absurd.
For me, it’s easy and fun
Just impossible. But let’s allow metaphorical situations in the drama. And in this script we sense a strong determination in the decisions. We have to give the writers the edge and try to capture the essence.
