The writers of the terribly negative reviews of this thrilling series are entitled to their opinions. However, they seem driven by a particular agenda and seem overly obsessed with details. For example, how realistic is Laysla de Oliveira’s pull-up sequence? Many negative reviewers claim to have first-hand experience with the subject matter. Well, so do I. While Lioness may contain enough technical errors to prevent it from being considered a special ops documentary, there are so many more details that it gets right, some of them surprisingly well, that it stands head and shoulders above most programs to which it could be compared. For example, I myself switched to Lioness after starting to watch Heart of Stone. I normally enjoy Gal Gadot, but I wanted to see something with a little more substance. Lioness delivers, and in style! From the action and intrigue to a cast of characters played by a truly stellar cast, it’s all eminently watchable!
