In 1900, a white woman is murdered in San Francisco’s Chinatown, and the suspect is a Chinese man. The murder unleashed public shock, and the public demanded that Chinatown be outlawed. Chinese healer QIN FU (LIU Haozhan) and Chinese citizen A Gui (WAN Baoqiang) are involved in the case. They race against time to find the killer in a battle of wits and courage.
