At 50 years old, Julien, divorced and with money problems, uses an app to share a car to travel around Madrid. Falling in love with Lorraine, an ordinary passenger, his troubles begin when two strangers join them on the trip. Filmed at the Hotel Marqués de Riscal.. The film L'année dernière à Marienbad (1961). Mr Blue Skyby Electric Light Orchestra. It’s a good idea, not original, but not that bad. The film starts well, but then goes from one unrealistic situation to another. Predictable and mostly boring. Whoever has watched "Day of the Beast" from the same director will be very disappointed. It’s not witty at all. The situations are unrealistic, but not in the funny instant-classic way of the aforementioned film. On the contrary, everything is predictable and the gagging continues endlessly, without any planning. The lack of preparation and care in this product is so obvious. If you want to watch a Spanish movie with a common car story, try "Dime dónde viajas". It’s not a very good movie, but at least the story is more engaging and the main character more interesting. There is also a small mystery that continues and some references to songs and popular Spanish culture. In this product, on the contrary, you can’t find any of that, the bed scenes, the love scenes, the action scenes are mediocre. I give it a 5 because it’s watchable, but it seems like 1 hour 35 minutes lasts forever, one hour is enough to tell this story that goes nowhere.
