Narrative
It tells the story of three very different families competing to buy the same 1920s Spanish-style mansion that they think will solve all their problems. Denis Leary and Ray Romano appeared in the Ice Age franchise (2002-present).
Similar plot, acting, and style of humor
It even features one of the actresses from that series. I’m on episode 4 and so far I like Dead to Me better.
It’s still very enjoyable
None of the good work was done by Ray Romano who I loved in Everybody Loves Raymond. I don’t know if it’s because of the script or what, but it seems to have lost some of its shine from the days when Everybody Loves Raymond.

The characters are diverse, they reflect different sides of society, and the plot is creative and fun, and at some point it connects to any situation that happens in the series..
