The cleverly written and funny script with a sweet story really drew me in for the first half of the film. That’s when the film really becomes something else… which I appreciate, but ultimately isn’t what I was expecting and, honestly, really wanted.

The final scene is exactly what I expected between the two characters, but another main character was completely demonized, which I wish it had been. But Mikey Madison’s performance was one of the most convincing and funny I’ve seen in a long time.
I recommend watching the movie just for that!
